Two Double Letting Rooms. One with en-suite shower and the other with separate bathroom. All rooms have TV and Tea and Coffee facilities. Daily and Sunday Newspapers can be provided.

Large Conservatory for use by guests with TV and spectacular views of the Caithness coast.

In Season, Salmon and Trout Fishing can be arranged in Caithness. There is also a Rainbow Trout Fishery in Halkirk which is open most of the year.

Local archeological information can be provided, with many local sites close at hand, including a "Broch" that can be seen from the Conservatory. More information can be found in the Dunbeath Heritage Centre.

Personal guided tours can be arranged to sites of historic or general interest
